I assume you are suggesting that something is coming that is different - and in particular, better - that what has come during the previous two years of "serious acquiring".

What are you expecting / hoping for? I have lots of dry powder if I could just be persuaded to pull the trigger. But I need a credible reason....

What is your secret for determining whether it is the buyers or sellers that are being silly?

Obviously, in the past it is the buyers who have been the silly ones given that the share price has declined from a PAWS high of .24 to the current level of .039, I mean .0039.

What's different now (I mean, other than not filing financials, not paying their CEO, no longer communicating with shareholders, not having any PPO or WC business, acknowledging that they are effectively bankrupt, etc.)????
