I think he's saying that he doesn't want to give anyone any idea that would lead them to believe one way or the other, for example the March news release. He claims he didn't tell anyone March which Thomas Braziel also confirmed, he only said the news release would be "soon". So he is going to keep quiet until it is all settled which means that it's not all settled yet.
He told me to call him so I am going to today and see what he says. Don't expect anything big, but maybe an explanation of some kind.
