You specifically said "Ackman is a strategist directly involved in lawsuit." which indicated you were referring to legal strategy. It is with that direction that I responded to.
Of course I agree Ackman has his strategies in place...just they arent legal ones since Ackman is not involved in the strategy that the lawyers come up with.
