Plenty of work? LOL please show me all this work Scott did following the SOE failure. We were dragged along for a year waiting on the report we were "entitled to". Remember.... "its still being worked on" is what we were told.
And assuming that chinas economy had anything to do with the failure is no different than saying it fell apart because of bad test results.
Its a guess since we were never told what happened. But if that report came back with stellar results Scott would have PRd that.
