Isn't that what he's doing right now? He's going against Goliath. I don't think he's intimidated by them. He hasn't sued them yet. Another option for him is that he could consult lawyers for a class action suit on behalf of the investors. Tc, If I remember right, you're the proponent of a quick BO. Isn't what he's doing geared towards accomplishing that goal? For me, my stance is still the same. I prefer ariad to be independent FOR NOW.
