That would be the farthest thing on their mind as all their historical records could be subpoenaed. They probably wouldn't do that as they will invite a thousand ambulance chasers to the scene. They would be opening a can of worms to that effect. 2da is exercising his basic right as an investor. If I have that ability and patience, I would have done it in other stocks I was invested.
