If you read my earlier post I made the point that there is no chance of the 'fantasy investor" riding in anytime soon.. I just found it funny that DP went out of his way to tell you to your face that he would screw you if asked to. Notice he never said favorable terms to shareholders! However IMHO the real reason he said this is because he knows the Reverse Split is coming and he needs an out. So he has set you up for the spin that is coming when they acquire Green Door or X or Y... and in the process decided it was necessary to RS at this time for blah blah blah.
