I love this part: if there were a large financier that wanted to come in and great us great terms, and then that was one of the things they wanted to see happen, we would certainly be open to that.

So if the fantasy investor wants to screw the common shareholders DP would be open to it! "Give us millions of those special B shares and then RS 20 for 1 and we got a deal!" LOL
