Jefferson's bourbon is very good. The Caskers price is crazy.

I wonder if they are finding their selling price to be more profitable, than the $50 - $55 I usually see it selling for at retail in TX, FL, CT, IL and MA.

I can only assume Caskers is selling fewer bottles at a higher margin. If the price hasn't affected the demand, then what are all the other retailers waiting for?

My second stop in Chicago tomorrow is the great liquor supermarket, Binny's. I just put my frequent buyer card into my wallet.

Their price is the same as at home. I intend to re-introduce it to a few family and friends, just like Johnny Appleseed.
