Dimension: Yes, minimally, it should check that if you're setting up a board you have the subscription level to use that board. :) IMO, it also should insist you fill out a category before you an establish the board, since I made that mistake, missed the question entirely.
To chipped2003, the person who wants colored background, just create the jpg in Photoshop (or some other program of that kind), make a colored background and type your text over it, in Photoshop, add any pics you want to that same file, then use the single jpg instead of text.
