The O/S is 217M

The A/S is 300M

The debt does not "come due". They have paid it down with profits, and some share sales. There was one anxious note holder (T.F.) that held $395k and it was just paid off. The others 2 debt holders are regularly being paid down.

The debt holders are insiders, I believe. B.H. is Brian Howe, the CEO. By the initials, I suspect the other would be a family member.
