Never. Red Giant will go bankrupt and Powfolio will break off as a separate, private entity.

If you mean with SEC filing, I would guess it depends on the company making money, with the Zwag Boxes and Markiplier comics.

I don't know if Benny would use Zwag money before sending out the boxes, if he is charging credit cards now. I also don't know if he would try to Factor invoices for the Markiplier comic. Either/both could give him enough money to pay for the SEC filings.

If either/both are generating good profits (more than $50-$100K/month), I would expect filings to show up no later than the end of August, earlier if he Factors (comics and/or Zwag).
