What you say may be true, but how is IMSC gonna compete with a Company that has much deeper pockets, when they are up to their armpits in debt? It made it much more difficult for IMSC when Morpho got taken out by Smith and IMO made it more likely that they needed to be sold too.
From a theoretical perspective yes but not from a practical point of view. The key is "bundling". Smiths is buying them up to bundle and provide one stop shop solutions. Our little glimpse of agreement with L3 is intended the same way. There is a huge potential for synergies not only in terms of revenues but also from cost perspective I.e. Sales and distribution networks. Not even considering the financing angle... I read through the whole 10q in its entirety and pointed out a few very obvious indicators. I think it is very close. They need some heads up times for DM when they get the binding bid, we might even be in those times. Can happen anytime and this technology and company will be worth significantly more for a larger player with significant financial firepower.
