Yeah, and we're not on the OTC Pinks.

So yeah, you guys are right, if you're not a real company, you don't have to file.

IMSC, however, does have a filing requirement. That's why they have to apply for an extension when they think they may file late.

"All OTCBB and OTCQB companies must file updated financial reports with the SEC or with their banking or insurance regulator. Any company that does not file timely reports with the SEC or their banking or insurance regulator is removed from the OTCBB OTCQB."

We can go down whatever road you guys want and change the original discussion, but the original point is that we don't have a filing requirement - which is incorrect.
