Because it's, for the most part, irrelevant, in the OTC. But you knew this already. And yes, we can both show examples of some intuitional buying in other plays, but I stand by my statement. As long as Elite(ELTP) resides on the OTC, I personally am not concerned. IMHO only, of course.

institution don't invest on OTC stock. They only invest once you are on the big board.
