You might want to recheck your facts concerning "institutional buyers," sheesh. Elite(ELTP) will garner institutional buyers when it achieves proper status. To state lack of interest from IB's towards Elite(ELTP) is a gross piece of misinformation which at first glance, appears to be stated in order to misinform new investors to Elite(ELTP). Luckily, prudent investors perform their own DD and have at least a minimum knowledge in picking a company in which to invest.
