why would you want to invest in something with no liquidity? unless you have an inside track on a payout date then I think most newcomers will not see this as a place to invest money. Just my opinion of course, I am already in and I can afford to take the hit if this goes to a penny. I will probably be the net buyer if it does lol
Then I will rename the company Mountain Fund and go after Galanis and Berke for all they are worth, muwahahaha
