Ronnie everyone that attended the shareholders meeting on July 20th heard the same thing I did the shares would be set at $15 per share. When I called Ameritrade about the merger they told me that based on the value of the company post merger value was 7.21 and like Harris with the two companies cmobined and under SEC that they claim a value on 2X that. It has been said over and over. These are basher and/or shorters trying to get cheap shares as Mr. Harris said all share would have to be accounted for when this is over. All the paperword that is filed on the FHAL site explains the three options. The company said they are doing the last option and that is setting the shares at $15. He also said they have institutional buyers lined up once the pps is up.
