I really doubt they specifically address

how they plan to operate the company financially in the post Sunrise failure reality

They will talk about I/O, Avid and the same trials they have been but hopefully some clarity on start dates, and hopefully no surprises wrt trials. Only hope is they get an offer of $2-$3 and they are smart enough to take it. For those who are believers that $2-$3 a share is breadcrumbs and bavi has astronomical value, just hang onto the acquirer stock (it would likely be a stock not cash deal). Seems unlikely they even get an offer though until they get some late stage trial results, so it is odds on favorite to be ....RS, ATM, Wait&Pray.
