Dixie Elixirs is the most successful pot company in the US. They have no need to merge with MJNA and considering that MJNA screwed them over (MJNA was supposed to issue shares to help finance Deixie Elixirs. According to the lawsuit, they never did and Tripp nearly went bankrupt trying to raise his own financing to keep the company going and meanwhile MJNA was stealing money from a joint account they set up with Tripp. Tripp despises Michael Llamas and MJNA).
