I just bought into LODE a couple of weeks ago based on the 10K for 2015 and the CEO's 10K conference call. I listened to the CEO on the conference call last week on the Ist quarter 10Q and realized that some important gaps came up on this conference call versus the 10K results and the last call. His apologies for the dilution were quite stunning as well as the fall in PPS versus most other miners doing well. So, I do listen to what you have to say and with the outstanding at about 195 million shares left me a bit unsettled as far as a future RS which would be a diaster for shareholders. I will continue to be an investor for the time being but thanks for your opinions.
That is fine. Show me where a certified lab has faked assays in the last few years. Lol, the pharmaceutical industry is built on fraud. Easy to find examples there. Sounds like somebody is angry over losses. Lots of people have losses in the PM sector over the last few years.
