For all who have questions about the mreger and the trading of the shares. I personally own 4671 shares of FHAL. Down to business, The price per share will be set at 15 dollars a share between now and the August 1st. Once the shares are tradeable again the market sets the price you must have a buyer and seller. Now the company will release a PR stating how many shares are short, and if the company see's that millions of shares were sold short they will try and force the MM to cover. You will be able to trade the shares immediately after the stock opens up but if we all try to sell that will drive the price down. What I don't think people understand is if the stock price goes down the company has big investors that will buy the stock back upto the level it should trade at, also if people hold their shares the investors will buy in at higher prices and increasing the price even more.
