Think about it...if this really was a scam concocted my a bunch of slick con men, do you really think they would use Rufus and his personna as a front man and spokesman? Every time Rufus has spoken, the stock has tanked. He's just too honest, and thus, not believable.
Also, if this was a scam, why would Rufus leave evidence of his emails, his recorded voice, and his public interviews all over cyberspace in order for a future prosecutor to just gather without breaking a sweat ?
I'd like to hear the Basher's explanation....the fact of the matter is that Rufus is a great business mind, but a lousy marketer...I wish he didn't schedule a public interview just prior to closing and essentially say nothing...
