no I am not trying to say that "Ford can not do this without Sigma"
but to say that Ford can not do this without Sigma is not the same as saying that there is an indentifiable company out there at the moment which is also providing the same thing as Sigma
Ford makes parts for cars... hardly the same thing as the quality needed for acceptance in the aero world ... or are you suggesting that there is an agency similar to the FAA with their standards which operates in the automotive section
