I believe the reference to no reliable PsO would be due to not significantly improving the condition previously. In Menon's model the mice clearly developed psoriasis which then completely cleared, much as it did in the anecdotal cases.
Also, there may be testing bias since the purpose was to justify testing on humans. In ca in the past we have see this regularly.
