could you please tell me the, just how this entity is going to finance Ingen without the sale of stock?

And could you also tell me how you know that all the other "selling shareholders" in the original SB-2 are now suddenly not going to sell their stock.

Seems to me you are making a great leap in confidence from a failure to get the SEC to declare the registration within 4 months.

Oh and BTW, there is no quiet period if there is no SB-2 and since they were never within 30 days of registration, there never was a quiet period
