Dollar goes farther, it is a better value, just do the math. At some point in the 4th-ish year time decay will set in.

Warrants expired on Nov. 2020. I am betting FDA will approve their drug by next year. One warrant equals to one KTOV share.Why not buy warrants cheaper comparing to stocks. There were many discussions about warrants on KTOV board. Check out the most recent one at the following link.
