That is what makes the PR so intriguing b/c the OTCBB doesn't have a min s/p requirement. Makes you "raise an eyebrow" doesn't it?

Also, if the short sellered captured issue is true then a $3 share price is doable in my opinion. If the volume keeps up w/ a negative float that should cause the share price to rocket, correct?

I must have read the posting incorrectly. I thought the posting mentioned NASDAQ listing:

"I spoke to the NASDAQ today and they have it. It's done, end of story...."

which echo's the PR today:

"NASDAQ requirements for up listing."

We're probably just on different pages here. Folks are thinking of NASDAQ listing and some others are mentioning OTCBB listing. It would probably do well to make sure we're all using the same lingo.

In any event, nice rise today.
Like I'd mentioned earlier, throw $500 at it and if the stock does rise you've got a nice gain. If not, your loss is limited.
