In my last post, I just stated what appears to have occurred. I never suggested that it should inspire confidence.

They have the energy drink formulas.

They claim they have access to the necessary beverage chemists.

They claim they have access to the bottler.

They claim they have access to a former distributor who has distribution in eight states.

They claim that they have samples out to the distributor and the retail stores where the distributor stocks products.

If Adrian and company cannot take those assets and connect the dots to get DNA back on the shelves, then they are not trying very hard because any idiot ought to be able to figure out how to connect those dots... even people who work in a failed beverage company.

I think they ARE trying, and I think they need the benefit of the doubt regarding getting product back out there early 3rd quarter like they said would occur. They provided a schedule during the conference call and I think it is a reasonable schedule, and I expect them to execute on that schedule.

So far, I see nothing to indicate that they will not execute on that schedule.
