I am a big fan of no debt. Anyone that knows me knows that. But I would say the projects on the books also have a lot to do when it comes to a gold stock. So that would be the question what is their cost per production and what kind of quality are they pulling out of their projects. Look at IAG. This company has a ton of cash on the books but some of their projects went from great to crap fast when their quality of gold was coming down and their cost to get it started to go up.
