Sounds like we will need some real business leadership before long...it is rare that the entrepreneur who starts the company is able to lead it as the company starts to grow....they usual go onto the board or become Chair of the Science advisory board.
The strong patents and the buy in from GE and Honeywell is enough for me to at least stay with the company until break-even.
