I have the utmost respect for your opinion. Is it your opinion that after

1. The S-3 takes effect 75 million shares

2. Approval of increase shares from 350 to 950,000 million

3. Costs to buy Therputics MEdical LLC

4. Reverse Split where Preferred shares not affected .

That the common share price will be greater than it is today ?
