Are the buyers aware: ASSETS-LIABILITIES=$10 MILLION! soon the co. will be out of money, with no business model whatsoever, and employees and executives making $$ hand over fist.....what will happen when the $$ is gone?
Use the NOL for credit........even that is worthless...
