Your voice wil be heard if you are persistent. If you strongly believe, move ahead. It is obvious that your frustration has done no good on the board even if you had valid points. you must harness your energy and focus it where it will be served best. I have talked to lutz and have asked about managnment buying shares. He has always told me that they are not doing it at this time. He told me that with the AMEX listing, the hold up was some software aquisition that was misquoted or something like that. You didn't answer my other questions. Why? I believe everyone can learn from one another. Did you check out GHLT.PK? You will get a kick out of it!!!!!!!!!! Chuck, no offense but Rick Lutz has never told me the things you have stated he told you. I used to call him every other day. Stock promoter or not, shareholders should have him work for his money.
