Seriously, I believe positive trial results will diminish the suit's impact.
My desire for swift justice is largely driven by my low tolerance for grifters, pikers, opportunists and bottom feeders. Imo Rosen Law made my list.

2/17/16 “In an opinion today, Judge Oetken allowed portions of securities class action against the asset management firm Och-Ziff Capital Management to proceed past a motion to dismiss.”
Does this mean that defendant OCH-ZIFF could have immediately filed suit against Rosen for the dismissed portions?
