Not to worry. Many fortune 500 companies have more shares than Elite including Microsoft. 3 years ago Elite had approximately 211M shares but that was 3 years ago. NH compensates himself and insiders very well and takes care of Epic, LPC, and consultants very well. He launches few new drugs (only one in his tenure) but he can issue millions of shares. Yes, I think there will be a reverse split but not before LPC Good Deal III is issued and exhausted. All this crap about NH preference for organic growth vs reverse split and just that bs.

I sincerely expect a reverse split before the FDA catalyst, which is never a guarantee

I was actually going to respond to this but once I hit the word "expect" well -- I threw the post in the trash where it belongs. I'm not saying a reverse split won't happen but the likelihood of Nasrat pulling a split before the FDA catalyst is ZERO percent.

I tend to tread very lightly with this one. $100 is the max I will invest.
