Because the earnings power of the company has changed my opinion changes with it. I didn't expect 10% more shares, and I didn't expect as high as operating expenses. Both of these take my out look down on the annual eps front about .10 before yesterday, that is what I'm focused on, it will get hidden in the q2 report because of somo, but q3 you will see it with the higher share count and the higher operating expenses it will be tough to beat the eps they came in with q3 last year. Plus I can't include somo anymore when valuing the company that will be in the past after q2, so If i feel they are gonna earn .30-.40 untaxed going foward, the stock is worth $4 is it really all that time to get excited in the mid 3's I brought the stock at $2 that was when it bargain in my opinion.
