Sorry, but I believe some parties wants to get more cheapies. Therefore they call that rumor to bring the quote down for a little.

Actually iten (b) is a good one that could give Rontan sufficient grounds to terminate.

I find it Odd that General American Capital Partners Only Built their website 1 month after the SPSA announcement and stayed open less than 6 months. GACP website exists no more, and they have no footprint in the business world.

No deal can be found that they ever consummated.

Now all in all that is pretty shaky looking for a so called Institutional Investor that is going to guarantee Millions of Dollars of investment for GDSI

Specific conditions to closing consist of:


a.) Purchaser’s receipt of written limited assurance of an unqualified opinion with respect to Rontan’s audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2014 (the “Opinion”);


b.) The commitment of sufficient investment by General American Capital Partners LLC, (the “Institutional Investor”), in the Purchaser following receipt of the Opinion;


c.) The accuracy of each Parties’ representations and warranties contained in the SPSA;
