GLTY. DNR has been my bread winner amongst all my O&G stocks. Phil Rykhoek is a great leader, met him last year. Denbury is a key client of ours; we provide Denbury the large compression equipment to re-inject the CO2 back in the ground when it comes up with the oil per their tertiary oil recovery process which is 90% of what they do. Although they have a pretty high ($3B) long term debt, it's out far enough for them to manage it today due to their strong balance sheet.
I read that the analysts think they are way over priced right now at almost $4, but as long as oil remains strong, my opinion is that these analyst will change their tune. Denbury is also a much more efficient company as a result of the downturn. We'll know more next month.
Oil is looking bullish again today with a weaker dollar, continuing declining numbers in US production and EIA statements.
