Wallace isn't just stealing from Spencer - he's stealing from all of us shareholders too. Spencer's shares can be returned to the company to raise operating revenue if needed. If Neil gets a hold of them though the Wallace estate (Bette probably doesn't have a clue) it will mean massive dilution and destruction of shareholder value, present and future.
That's why the CORPORATION - not Spencer, should refuse to lift legend on those shares.
Yes, the Delaware judge will call it as she sees it: Neil Wallace and his family will not be allowed to steal millions from GOSY's CEO. Pretty straight forward, IMO.
