SMME has very few 8-ks and they were awhile ago. Doing history on PR's and 37 since beginning of year . Expect one today or at very least this week analyzing PR Releases. Again they mostly highlight and try to promote the PROBLEM, but things changed quickly with the Mag Card. Fraud in Europe has converted to online. Fraud is not at retail level.
