Thats because ELTP has a massive share over hang thats gonna be there for a long time.. All the promos are bringing in volume but the stock fails to move up because all the new buying is gladly met by Lincoln Pk et al

The news that does come out ever so infrequenty is not moving the stock. The activity and yes, that's all it is - not moving the stock

The cycle will repeat over and over.
