The guy Bernie said that to didn't change his registration from independent to Democrat, period .. if people as he are given a provisional ballot then seems to me that route is being abused .. i suppose some might say what they had to say to get one which would clog the system up even more and be a waste of many people's time .. whatever, i suppose the provisional ballot process must be consistent with past years ..
