Good to see that the o/s has only increased by approx. 50M since May 2015. There does not seem to be that much dilution, they must have investors or creditors willing to fund them to be working on all of these initiatives; which would be good to have with the small change in the o/s.
Now with BLDV being transparent with their share structure, investors can call anytime they want to verify if the share structure remains constant. Ungagging of their Transfer Agent (TA) confirms that they have nothing to hide.
