Then Sullivan better hurry up and freeze those North American assets prior to a trial. Because as it stands right now, they can be sold and/or liquidated by Rontan. But the fact that they have not or that we have heard nothing about that, only lends credence to the fact that Rontan feels pretty confident about their legal status at this point in time.
