Think of what Marriage really is versus just living together without legally binding the financial end of the deal. All marriage does (legally) is create a business contract. And collecting small sums is or may be way easier than collecting a huge judgment.
All Sullivan was adjudged to do was turn over some property in the divorce agreement and he reneged. He turned on his own ex-wife and children. Just another of his business coups I guess. LOL!!
