The remarkable part about this is that the turn around occurred in a matter of moments. One minute PXYN 1.0 is broke and can't produce a 10K, heck they can't even pay the auditors for the 10K. But a minute later they have a plan and PXYN 2.0 is born with the world beating a path to it's door, vendors and insurance carriers both standing in line!!!
This is about as far from a turnaround story as is possible. It's a successful turnaround when ALL past problems have been fixed and the company has returned to a healthy state. All you have now is bullet points!! In other words, a wing and a prayer
