It's funny that there was any upside reaction at all in relation to the meeting... Seemed like more of the same to me... And also freezing production does not mean lessening production so it does nothing for the supply and demand issue for oil... Oil traders should know this which makes me question why oil has had any appreciation in ppb... Big builds... continued production.. Lessening demand... Price goes up... Hmm... Spy
