They will not try to up list until the Feds change the classification of MJ being a Schedule 1 drug!

Its just a preliminary proxy for a shareholder meeting not yet scheduled.

This is not a company reversing, if it did , to stem the bleeding.

Nasdaq won't even take an mmj company get, so the whole thing is just about planning and transparency.
