Howdy Mr. Churak. Wow, this has been a busy place today. Thank you for that information on Animal Advocates. It doesn't make sense how a charity can ask for tax deductable contributions and offer to give a receipt BEFORE they register as a charity. I'll bet like was said here today that could mean big time tax problems for somebody.
Does California require that the people running the charity disclose their positions and how much the charity pays them? You know, even non profits pay the hired help. And then there are directors too. Do you know who they are? I always thought that directors are responsible for a corporation and that they can be sued if they do not provide fiduciary(?) over signt.
Boy, I sure misjudged you. And this stuff about the mistress does not look good. I saw you posted that Attorney Gen stuff on RB. Did the mistriss explain how she can take money and give receipts but not be registered as a charity? May be she will come hear and tell?
